Welcome to Seaside Painting and Maintenance Inc.

Seaside Painting and Maintenance, Inc., a fully insured painting company, has been proudly established in Saco, Maine, since 1988. The owner, Don Martineau, has over 30 years of painting experience and supervises all jobs personally and is usually found on the job site itself. We serve the Greater Portland area and Southern Coastal Maine.

Seaside excels in interior and exterior, residential and commercial painting – remodels, existing homes and businesses, and new construction. We cover all areas of interior and exterior painting and staining including mildew/mold washing, caulking, minor repair work, priming, polyurethaning, finish painting and staining. We employ various appropriate techniques such as brushing, rolling, spraying and staining. We make sure to cover all floors and furniture in our work space and will clean up the work areas when we have completed the job.

We use only the highest quality of paint products; namely, Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore and Pratt and Lambert. We ensure that our crew is experienced, capable, responsible, clean-cut and well-mannered. Many happy references are available on our “Reference” page.
